Reqd: Minimum 3+ years of experience
Key Responsibilities:

Record and review journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Preparing the weekly vendor , labour payments details, uploading payments in the bank / hand cash and processing the payments entries and preparing the Bank reconciliations on time and accurately.

Perform account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of balances and investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner as per standard GST standards.
-
Assist in month-end and year-end close process.

Experience in preparing financial statements and maintaining general ledger accounts.
-
Should have good experience working in MS Office suite of applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).

Provide insights and explanations for variances in financial and accounting metrics.

Find opportunities for process improvements within the company in terms of Accounting.
-
Knowing to work on 'R-Dash' tool would be an added advantage.

Role Description:
Reqd: Minimum 2+ years of Experience.
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru. Architect will be responsible for architectural design and details, presentation drawings and construction drawings.
Key Responsibilities:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, Enscape and other architectural design software Project Management skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Preparation of Working drawings, interior and exterior design.
-
Preparation of 3-D models, perspective views & drawings.
-
Coordination with Site Team and Client to meet the requirements of design and drawings.
-
Preparing & checking the BOQ of Architectural items.
-
Interaction with Client for Drawing Approval and Clarification.

Reqd: Minimum 2+ years of Experience
This is a full-time on-site role. The Site Engineer will be responsible for project execution, quality control, labour management, material management, and overseeing on-site activities to ensure project success.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing labour teams on sites which are in various stages
-
On-site project management, Quality Control, and Structural Engineering skills
-
Daily reporting of tasks and milestones
-
Material management and vendor relations
-
Experience is Residential constructions preferred
-
Qualifications:
-
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience in construction project management
-
Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
-
Strong ability to multitask
